Kayak Pool Session Description

Learn to paddle so you don’t have to brace. Learn to brace so you don’t have to roll. And learn to roll so you don’t have to swim. Join CSUSB Outdoors on Wednesday nights in the heated PE Pool for a night of kayak instruction. Emphasis is placed on paddle strokes, wet exits, bracing, and a variety of roll techniques. CSUSB Outdoors provides kayaks, paddles, spray skirts, PFDs, paddle jackets, and instruction. Bring a towel and swim suit. Locker rooms are available for use at the HPE Pool. CSUSB Students, SRFC and future trip participants can check-in at the pool. CSUSB alumni association member, affiliates, faculty and staff must stop by the SRFC before going to the PE Pool to pick up a Kayak Pool Session Pass.
