Join CSUSB Outdoors as we venture out to Leo Carrillo State Beach for a weekend of beach camping and snorkeling. In the heart of Malibu, Leo Carrillo State Park is well-known for its exquisite campground area, but is also known as a top notch surf spot with beautiful beaches. Leo Carrillo State Park has 1.5 miles of beautiful beach for surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving, surf fishing and beachcombing. The beach also has tide pools, coastal caves and reefs for exploring. Activities include eating delicious smores, boogie and body boarding, snorkeling, building sand castles, frisbee, and meeting people of similar interests. People of all levels are invited to come as instruction can be provided.
