
The goal of Personal Training in the office is to provide a convenient, yet effective method to workout, which will then encourage a healthier lifestyle. Our qualified personal trainers will work to improve all areas of physical fitness including, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. A wide variety of exercises will be taught that can be completed in the office or at home with some basic equipment. All we need from you is an open space to hold the training session in.
Participants will not only gain the health benefits associated with frequent activity as they exercise in their office, they will also learn principles of exercising enabling them to continue on in the office on their own or to workout at a gym or home as well.
A special thing about this program in particular is that additional friends in the office can join in at only $10-$17 a person*. This is a great feature because you will get to experience something new with friends and once the program is over, you can all continue to work out together and further solidify your new lifestyle.
