Purpose
Interested in becoming a Personal Trainer? CSUSB Recreational Sports is excited to offer a Personal Trainer Certification Prep Course. This course will teach you important exercise guidelines as taught by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and prepare you for their certification exam. Learn the information needed to become an effective and safe Personal Trainer.
